General Information

As part of our services we will welcome you with a sign on your name on it so Our Airport Staff and Drivers will be standing and holding a sign with your name and our TRANSFER IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC logo on it. Our Airport Staff is located at the main exit door (sometimes it takes a long way to get at them and it is after customs and baggage claim) of each Terminal or Airport. Our Airport staff is not allowed to be inside. (Please avoid time share booths or agents inside the airport). You will need to get going until you get at main exit door -sometimes it takes a long way and look for your sign and our Airport Staff.
ARRIVAL PROCESS:
1.- Flight arrives.
2.- Customers fills out the immigration form (1 per person) and the Customs form (1 per family).
3.- Customers go through Immigration presenting the immigration form and valid passport to the agents.
4.- Customers pick-up their luggage at the designated carrousel.
5.- Customers go through Customs presenting the Customs form to the agents.
6.- Avoid Time Share booths and the Tour Operators International Arrival area.
7- Customers walk towards to the main exit door - sometimes it takes a long way- so right there take a look around to find your sign and meet your designated Driver from TRANSFER IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Company.

The drivers are from PREMIUM SERVICES Company and they wear Short or long sleeved white or brown shirt and black pants. Please avoid TimeShare booths and the Tour Operators International Arrival area.

AT TERMINAL B:
After Baggage Claim and Customs please walk towards to the main exit door (this takes a long way) until you get at the end of corridor and you can see the Snack Bar and Parking Lot. We are between Snack Bar and right before you get at Parking Lot, where please take look around and find our Airport Staff who is standing and holding a sign with your name and our Logo: TRANSFER IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC on it. The drivers are from PREMIUM SERVICES Company and they wear Short or long sleeved white or brown shirt and black pants. What happen if my flight is delayed?

Our Aiport Staff and Drivers along with our Operations Team at the office tracking your flight for early arrivals or delays. You don’t need to let us know that your flight is delayed. If you do change your flight or your flight gets canceled, you have to let us know the soonest possible to make the proper arragements.

What happen if I change my departure time?

Your need to inform us the soonest posible. Last minute changes may cause your transfers to not arrive on time on the new time requested. We suggest you inform us at least 12 hours before.

What Can I do if I don’t find your Airport Staff or Drivers?

You can call or send a text message to toll free: +1 844-732-5792. Please have your confirmation number ready. You can also email us at reservations@transferindominicanrepublic.com Please Be careful with illegal or pirates companies or taxi scammers, they will pretend to call your transportation company and tell you to take a taxi and that you will get a refund. Our staff will never ask you to pay for a service if you have already paid for it. Remember you paid for our services and we will take care of you properly, just follow the instructions that you have on your confirmation/transfer voucher that it was sent it to your email.

How does your shared transfer service work?

Transfer in Dominican Republic Shared Services have a wait time of 20 minutes if there are other services within the same time frame, otherwise it will leave as soon as possible. The number of stops is three as maximum.

How does your private Service work?

On your Arrival: Private Service only have to wait for the Unit/Van to come into the Airport Boarding Area or Parking Lot assigned by the Airport Administration, this takes around 5 minutes, which is the time it takes for the Unit/Van to come. On your Departure: Departing from your hotel we will take you directly without stops to the Airport or your destination.

If I don’t stay in a hotel, can you pick me up?

We can pick you up from any Complex, Residence, Villa or Private Condo, as long as you can provide directions, maps or links showing the location. The best way to provide this information is by email.

What are the restrictions on luggage?

There is no restriction on luggage. If you will travel with luggage than normal or you require special accommodations, you will need to let us know ahead of time, so we can arrange it properly.

What kind of vehicles do you use?

Toyota Hiace Vans and Coaster. Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Hyundai H1 Vans, JAC Sun Ray, Chevrolet Suburban, Yutong and Kinh Long Buses. All our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning.

How long does my trip last?

Times are just estimates, it will depends on your destination and traffic.
From Punta Cana Airport to:
• Cap Cana Zone: around 15 minutes.
• Punta Cana Zone: around 10 minutes.
• Cabeza de Toro Zone: around 20 minutes.
• Bavaro Zone: around 25 minutes.
• Arena Gorda Zone: around 30 minutes.
• Uvero Alto Zone: around 45 minutes.

What's the next step after payment?

After you book and pay online, you will receive a confirmation/transfer voucher email from us to the email you provided. Vouchers are usually emailed within 2 hours or less. If you don't see a confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam box. If you still don't see a confirmation, forward your receipt of payment to reservations@transferindominicanrepublic.com

How can I make a Booking?

You have these options:
1. You can make it online, it’s easy and takes just 3 steps. Your confirmation/transfer voucher gets to your email authomatically. If you don’t receive your confirmation after payment, please revise or look at your spam/junk emails. If you still don’t have the confirmation, forward your receipt of payment to reservations@transferindominicanrepublic.com
2. You can make it over the phone with one of our Agents, calling at toll free +1-844-732-5792 or +1-844-334-41-01.
3. If you will stay in a private residence, villa or condo, we recommend you email us with your itinerary.

Are there restrictions on bookings?

• Online yes! this requires a minimum of 24 hours for booking.
• Call us, we can make it for you on a frame time of 5 hours before of your Service.

If I travel with children. Do you provide car seats?

We have car seats and booster seats available, at no extra cost. Please request them at the time of your reservation. Car seats are subject to availability, but 90% of the time, we can provide them.

What can I do if I've left a belonging in the van?

You will need to call or email right away. Please remember that our shuttles provide transfer for many passengers throughout the day and your belongings may get lost or picked up by a different passenger if not reported right away. If an item is left and our driver, security or car washers find it, they will turn it into our lost and found. If we do have your belonging, we will help you find the best way to return your ítems to you.

Can my driver stop by at a convenience store?

Yes! and it’s just if you book private Service so our driver can make a quick 5 minute stop, so you can buy drinks or snacks, but only if there is somewhere to stop in between your pick up and your drop off destination. If you want to buy groceries or stop for a longer period of time, you will need request this while making your reservation, since grocery stops have an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing.

Airbnb Location

We can pick you up or take you to any Airbnb Location so we suggest you make sure what zone or area is your Airbnb located, after this, select it as it is on the hotel listed and make your booking by yourself adding on the space (notes) the address, zip code and a phone number and if you can the link as well. Before you arrival we will make sure about your location and reconfirm with you upon your arrival.
